Description
Advanced Shipyard Operations is a program that provides select apprentices with an opportunity to continue their education and development in waterfront operations. It is designed to develop leadership skills that will enhance apprentices’ capabilities to function as team members and leaders to improve quality and efficiency of production, manufacturing, and maintenance processes. ASOC apprentices continue in their waterfront trade and will have the opportunity for a special rotation.
